I’m honored to be serving in my 6th year on the Board of Directors for Me Fine Foundation, and this year we have an opportunity to support families in a way we never have before through our Stability Fund Campaign Match.

My goal is to raise $1,000, and every donation made now through the end of June will be doubled thanks to a generous long-time donor supporting this special campaign.

This matching opportunity comes at a critical time. Support services for many families are shrinking, while everyday costs like gas, groceries, housing, and transportation continue to rise. For families caring for a child with serious medical needs, those pressures can quickly become overwhelming.

What continues to inspire me about Me Fine is how effectively every dollar is used to make a real difference for families in crisis.

In May, Me Fine helped prevent a child from being admitted to the hospital simply by covering the cost of an $8.12 prescription medication. That small act allowed the child to receive treatment safely at home instead of requiring an unnecessary hospital stay — reducing stress for the family and avoiding significantly greater medical costs.

That’s the kind of impact Me Fine makes every single day.
